• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payments for services are due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash and major digital payment methods.

5. Liability

Elegant Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from treatments, provided that the client has been informed of potential risks and has consented to the procedure. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or allergies.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu.
